Recovery day but it ended up being really nice weather so I went for a walk/run with Becca. Walked about a mile and ran 4.2. I'm tentatively planning on a easy long run tomorrow, mostly on grass. Only 15 miles to my first 100 mile month since 2020, and 2nd since 2018. I won't push it if I'm feeling achey tomorrow, the larger goal is to get over 1000 miles before my marathon this fall. Plan is to build up to 40 mile weeks by the end of the summer, but we'll see how it goes with the baby coming. |
