Warmed up a mile and then ran two miles at goal marathon pace and one mile at goal HM pace. The two marathon miles felt really nice and easy, I feel like I could run a 13.1 miles at 6:40 pace right now. The HM pace mile felt really tough though, I think even a 5k at that pace would be challenging. Cooled down 3 miles after. It seems strange that 6:40 pace feels so good and 6:00 feels completely horrible. |
