7 miles with 8x200m thrown in. Tried to keep my heart rate under 140 for the first 2.5 miles, which was tough.

1.8 miles before dinner and 5.2 after. Trying to imclude a few strides in each run. I need to get a power tower, I miss doing pull ups but don't want to damange any of the frames in my house.

Started off with an easy 1.5 miles. Was going to do a mile or 2 at marathon pace but it turned into 6.5 miles at a little faster than marathon pace. I felt good!

I think I'll start doing some higher mileage days like once per week. Maybe like 10-15 miles running and a few walking. I'm also going to sign up for a half marathon, ideally in march before the baby comes. Not sure whether I'll try and go under 1:20 or if I'll just run goal marathon pace for the first half and then pick it up for the 2nd half and see what I can do.
