Cold day and kinda windy, mostly easy run. Ran over to the track and threw in a few 400s at mile pace just to get the legs moving and warm up a bit, they were surprisingly slow and didn't feel easy. I wasn't working that hard on them but they didn't feel nearly as smooth as I'd like. I ran 77, 74, 76. Also did a stride building up to a sprint. Probably just cold, need to switch to my new trainers as well. These ones are probably finished. |
