Well I don't think sub 10 minutes for a 3200 would happen if I ran a 3200m race this week, maybe 10:20, but in 10 weeks I think I will be ready. Next week at the oval I am planning to pull a triple of the 800m, 1600m, and 3200m. I also will try to get in an aerobic run on saturday and few extra miles on friday. My goals are 3200m - 10:26, 1600m - 4:38, 800m - 2:05. These are times I will be happy with but I feel like I can do better, I might not hit them all but I think they are realistic. This will be the last meet for 5 or 6 weeks so I plan to leave everything I have out on the track, if I have a bad weekend, I will still be able to say this indoor preperation season was well spent. But I will do everything I can to make sure it is a good one. Today for my workout I did 5 600s with the rest of the team, it was at our goal 3200m pace so they weren't really fast but the last 2 hurt a little at the end, I ran 1:53, 1:51, 1:51, 1:47, 1:46. I was going a little bit faster than my goal of 1:53 for 2 and 3 and a little bit faster for 4 and 5 but I just felt like I really wanted to go faster. I felt like I needed to and Coach Murphy seemed fine with it, for the overall 3000 it was 9:08, which translates to a 9:45 3200m. The cooldown plus the 200m of jogging we did all together inbetween the reps came out to 1.25. Good workout. Tomorrow is mileage! I will have to decide between resting my ankle in the morning or doing a 4 mile run.

Individually, I feel like you could come pretty close to those times. It will be difficult in a triple though.

Maybe think of only two events?

Maybe, it would make most sense to do the 3200 and the 1600 because the 800m and the 3200m are on the same day. They are close to each other as well, and I think I could run a better 3200m time than I could for the 800m.
