Warmed up a mile. 5x1000m on the track. Fastest was 3:05, slowest was 3:10, which was also the first one. We walk/ran a lap and a half in between each. Awesome workout, solid pace and good effort. Cooled down until I got to 7 miles. Probably had closer to 7.5 with all the times I forgot to start my watch on the recovery laps. We did some strides at during the cooldown. |
