Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

Warmed up a little over a mile and then did 2x2 mile at goal half marathon pace with a 2 minute jog between reps. It was another cold and windy night, but I felt pretty good. I ran 12:00 for the first rep and 12:09 for the 2nd. So just a little bit fast for these. Although for the race I'll probably start out with a slower first mile and build up to the pace I want to run, so it's probably better to practice a few seconds faster than goal pace.

I think I'll take Friday pretty easy and just run some 200ms and 400ms at 800-mile pace with plenty of rest just to get the legs moving. Might do an easy run Saturday, and then Sunday I'll do a long run- I'm thinking 3x3 miles at half marathon pace.
