Warmed up about 5k and then did 2x2 mile, the first 2 mile was on the track in 10:59. 2nd 2 mile was up and down a hill on the road, I ran 5:56 up and then about 5:40-5:45 back down. Only had time for about a quarter-half mile cool down but the downhill mile wasn't that strenuous. |
