Warmed up 2 miles with 6 strides Workout was 14x500m with 1 minute rest, I had to leave after 11.5. I averaged 1:36 for the 500m which is exactly 16:00 for a 5k. Felt pretty good, I could have finished the last couple in low 1:30s. Had to skip the cool down so I just jogged with Whitney around my house for 20 minutes. She had a lot of fun.
