Very windy cold run with Jake, too fast and too many hills. I need a hot bath and an easy run tomorrow. We're doing a mile time trial this coming Friday, ideally I can go mid to low 4:40s. I'm thinking 4-8 easy tomorrow, workout Monday for 8-9, Tuesday rest, Wednesday 6-8 easy, Thursday 4-5 easy, Friday race and 7-8. Already hit the highest month of mileage I've had since 2017, only 30 more miles to reach 200 for the first time since then. Feels good to finally be back. |
