Solid run, went out kind of just playing it by feel, I was ok with anything from 5-10 for today. I did 2 at the rec, a little at the park, 3 at the Brighton track and then came back. I'd say I averaged 6:20ish. My 2 on the treadmill were at 6:10 and that felt good, I originally put it slower but my legs wanted to go faster. And being on the track always makes me accelerate. Kind of deciding between a progression simulation or another 3 mile tempo for my last true hard workout before going back to cedar. Progression in less than 2 weeks now I think, maybe 15 days. I think I can make the last mile, we'll see.
