Solid run today, I ran 8.7 up wasatch and and then about a mile on the trails. My knee and foot started bothering me a little on the way back but I massaged them out and they felt better.

Got home and took a 10 minute break before running up to the canyon with my dad while he biked, solid 4.5 mile run but I stopped walked it in once I got to half marathon distance. I averaged 7:32 for the day and had almost 600 feet of elevation gain. Not a ton, but it felt good besides the foot and knee ache/pain in the middle. I was drained the last couple miles but not as drained as when I ran a half marathon last fall.

Tomorrow will be a rest day.

I'll easily hit 100 miles for the month, I only have 11.4 miles left and I'm there. Which means 7 with jake and then a 30 minute easy run on thursday. Also means I'll get over 30 miles this week.
