Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Ran home from stats for psych then got to the gym and ran about 1.7 miles with a quarter mile at 15 mph. Then came back to the gym at night for hecka good 3rd of a mile at 15 mph.
