Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
RM to the canyon and back with my dad while he biked. Averaged 6:35. Felt pretty good. Ran to the church and back after to get up to 20 for the week. Productive day.

Let me know if you want to go for a socially distanced run Blake. We could probably stay 6 feet away from each other in the gully and still talk!
