Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

Not sure how much mileage to count this for

Am- 1 hour 45 minutes doing 18 loads of dirt

Afternoon- About an hour doing 10 more loads of dirt

Evening- 2 hours 45 minutes with the help of Jake and Paul. I must have done an additional 30-40 loads but I didn't keep track. Those guys really saved our butts.

So incredibly tired and sore.
