Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Not sure how much mileage I got today but I'm rounding up because I've also been running a lot playing catch with my brother.
Warmed up about a mile,
4x 200m at 30/31 with 30 seconds rest
About half mile recovery
400m at 61/62.
