Not the best day didn't really feel like doing much, I decided to get out and do a shorter workout early. So I ran to the gym, my upper body is really sore, but I did curls and pull up bar work out where I swung from pull up bar to pull up bar and around to the pull up handles and then finished with a pull up and hold, I did that a couple times. I also did curls and some abs. My arms were really sore, so I decided to just run back home. Averaged 6:30s for today's run so not bad. Tomorrow I'm deciding between a track workout and a mountain run up bells canyon. Will also get back on the bench and back workouts tomorrow. Will play tennis tonight and maybe go for another short run then. |
