I wouldn't call them easy, quite a bit of uphill. I got home from my grandmas at 5 and wasn't sure if I would be able to get myself out the door. Before the run I was debating between just doing a 4 mile run or doing a 6 mile run, I chose 6 miles. But when I got up to Brighton High School, and did a lap on the track, I decided to maybe do 7 or 8, I kept telling myself to do more until I got to 10. It was a good run, cold and tough though. The valley is beautiful at night, and its good that I did a longish run outside. Tomorrow I am still deciding wether to do the run on the tread mill or outside, though decision.  I still need to check the calander that Coach Murphy made for us to see how long I will run. I have been getting in quite a few sit ups and push ups, and some lunges over the break, I will probably do more before I go to bed tonight.
