Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

I went to practice today but I was late so everyone was already running, so I ran the lower loop and ran into Blake and ran the rest of it with him and then just ran around the school and fields for a while to get to 3 miles. Then I finally found Read and Pulpy and everyone and had a good time with them. Nice day, I need to stop being in the sun so much so my sunburn can heal, hopefully I get to see Region tomorrow!

Sorry I missed you today Blake.

Enough with the 3 miles. You aren't that fragile. You have NO history of injury. Go run some.

I would but Coach Houle and Coach Limpf want me to stick to 3 miles and I dont want to have low coachability before I even get to SUU.

Did they say why they wanted you to stick to 3 miles? The let Cam Levins run 200 miles/week.

Yeah they said they're really conservative with returning missionaries to make sure they don't burn out or anything before I got there but they'll work me up to like 60-70 mile week by the time I go to SUU.

I agree with Rob...I think you could start increasing mileage a little. Even if it is only every other day. You don't want to suddenly raise your mileage when you go down to SUU. It is better to gradually work up to it now...I would think....
