I went on a 2 mile run today, I wanted to be sure my stress fracture was gone before I ran again now that the season is getting really close. I ran at the Brighton track, the first mile was to fast so I slowed down the 2nd mile, I didn't want to run too many miles my first day back, so I went home and biked 4 miles. I put the 4 miles as just 2 more because it takes me about the same amount of time to run 2 miles as it does to bike 4. My legs felt pretty good, my lungs hurt, and my heart felt great. Tomorrow I will meet my with my team to run. If Coach Murphy sees this, should I run 3-4 miles tomorrow or just do what the rest of the team is doing? |
