Wasn't feeling great today so I just ran up to the gym and did bench at 165 and 175 for 4 sets, curls at 35 and 40 for 3 sets, skipped squats, did a few pull ups with 35 pounds in between my feet, did wide grip pull ups. Oblique machine for 3 sets, abs. I did 3x10 dumbell row with 50. I did pull down machine and rowing machine 3 x10 at 100, 115, and 130. I did dumb bell bench for a set with two 55s. I did 3 shoulder workout lifts cause it would be good to get my shoulders stronger. I think that was about it before I ran back home. So nothing crazy today, we'll see how tomorrow is. |
