I was busy with efy each day from 7am to 9:45 pm each day so it was hard to get a run in, thursday I was busy until 11:30, friday I was busy until 12:00 so I couldnt get runs in those days. I had an ACT test this morning, I was very tired but I think I might have improved my score by a bit. I had an amazing week though, very spiritual and inspiring. I did 5 miles but I had to come back and leave with parents before I could do the other 4, I will do those later. I did a lot of sprinting this week, I was actually pretty sore from it! I am also going to run 4 miles tomorrow, I am going to start running 4 miles every other sunday. I've thought and prayed about it and I feel like there's no conflict with keeping the sabbath day holy, I enjoy running and I feel good when I am running and for the rest of the day afterwards, that can only help me feel closer to God.
