Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

Easy on canal road during the sunset followed by 20 minute sauna.

Still feeling sick but calf felt totally fine today.

The race this weekend got cancelled because the biting gnats have hatched at antelope island... probably for the best not to push my calf that hard yet anyways.
