3 laps around the park, I'm only running on soft surfaces for the foreseeable future. Cause I think that's why this comeback attempt has been working, whenever I've tried running on concrete or road it gets really tight and starts hurting. So until there's absolutely no weakness during the day or while running for like a week I'm going to stay on the grass. It will start to really suck next week when I'm at like 5 miles, maybe I will go to sugarhouse or liberty park for my runs once I get up that high. I'd like to try the gully but I don't want to risk it yet because I've also been trying to avoid hills. |
