Played some tennis earlier on and then did a 4x 1200, 400 workout with Jake with 1 minute rest after the 1200s and 4 mins rest after the 400s. My times were 3:59, 73 4:06, 73 4:05, 77 2:42, 72 I did an 800 instead of a 1200 on the 4th set because I was blowing up on that 3rd 400m and I probably would have run like 4:20 for a 1200m. 2 hard workouts in a row, felt pretty good. Not an awful performance on this. |
