Am- 5 miles

Pm- tired again, 8 miles with 2 miles hard in the middle. I almost fell into a rocky ditch type thing on the side of a sidewalk because it was winding down and I was going to fast, I ran off the sidewalk, took two steps on the uneven dirt/rocks and barely got my next step on the sidewalk, if I'd missed I would've fallen down a hole and got hit on the sidewalk so I was really happy about that. Easily going to run over 60 miles this week, I could do 70 if I really wanted to and ran 15 tomorrow. I'm not sure if there's a 5k tomorrow or we are just running a liberty park.
