Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

AM: We did 4 miles in the morning, then we did 6 striders. It was a nice run and felt good.

PM: We did the gully longer run, it was an easy run. I guess I will look forward to the max effort 400 tomorrow. I'd really like to get in a 20 mile day sometime but I would probably get a stress fracture, state meet next week. Running has been feeling good lately, I don't really even want to take a break from running after state but I probably will once it gets colder. I really need to get a break through at state, I need to change everything about my race.
