Got a little under a 3rd of a mile at 15mph and then was having asthma problems still kind of there from last night so I just did a little more easy running to finish my short run. I'm hoping to come back and do our home meet in October, but I will need to be up to 4-5 miles per day at least to do that. I'm doing high intensity low volume, feet don't seem to care how hard I run as much as how many steps I take. Hopefully will get back to the team soon. |
