Not so good, it was a PR by a but but I haven't run it in a month. I wasn't really feeling it today, I didn't do any pre-meet stuff. But I didn't do as well as I wanted but its just one race, I will get back to my usual self quickly. There was really know part of this run that I did good on, I did ok on the uphill but should have pushed harder, I sucked at the campground as usual and then I just wouldn't push it back down. Cubby and Davis did really good today though, and Ashton and Read also, out team looks like it could be really good! I will do 3 miles tonight. This week I am going to run about 65 miles.

3 miles later, a good strong pace. Back in middle school I had an iPod classic, sometimes I would make a playlist of about 128 songs, listen to them all, the best 64 would make it to the next playlist and I would cut it in half every playlist until there was just 1 left. Then I lost my iPod at a track meet. Two thoughts came to my head, 1. I had way too much time on my hands in middle school and 2. I'm still really pissed I lost my iPod! To be perfectly honest it was probably stolen, my first track meet a junior football player/sprinter stole my shoes. A lot of things got stolen that year!

I was thrilled with the outcome today Blake and I know you will do better. It will be different this year without Kramer. More of a team effort. On our 2008 team that won state, we really didn't have a #1 guy. Had 3 guys that shared that role throughout the season and two more that weren't far behind them.

That's how I see us this year.

I really hope so! Read and Ashton ran really suprisingly good times! It would be awesome if we pulled off something similar to what they did! I think I've been getting a bit lazy in doing two a days. I will just concentrateon coming back and running a great time at highland!

It's a lot harder to win a state championship now in 5A. The teams are better now. Our team last year wasn't that much slower than our 08 team which won state in a blowout.
