Little shake out. Legs have been awfully beat up this month, and honestly last month too. Next week will be easier. I probably was a little ambitious jumping up to a goal of 250 miles in March, but I am on pace and there's only 10 days left. I'm am feeling pretty run down on days where I'm supposed to be running fast. But I think I'll get a big fitness boost after the next couple weeks have a little less intensity and mileage. |
