Chill treadmill run. It will be nice to have a treadmill in the basement for those cold nights/mornings.

This was the first workout of track season, and for me, it went really well. Also, sidenote, Josh Thatcher came out and ran today as well, and it was so fun to have him there. He still is a little out of shape for speed work, and his knee has been bothering him, but I hope he can be somewhat consistent and we can enjoy some good running together. Anyway, we did a mile repeat workout on the track with about 2-3 minutes rest between each repeat. My splits were: 5:20, 5:15, 5:19, and 5:22. I was really happy with it, especially because Isaac didn't tell us beforehand the entire workout, we just knew we had a mile repeat, then he told us we're doing it again, and that's how it went until he said we were done. I felt like I pushed myself and ran well, and it was just a good workout for me.

Slipped in a quick 3 mile run in the evening, down the big hill. Finished in time to watch the first episode of the Mandelorian with Jake and Sam haha.

Really good fartlek workout on the grass, 10:5:3:2:1. I felt really strong and the pace was pretty good, especially for being on the grass.

Chill evening run with Sam, stil keeping it low mileage to let my knee recover. It still aches just a bit when I run.
