| SUPER busy day, but a good day... wasn't able to run though

| Really good 60 minute progression run. Started out at 7.30 pace, and after 10 minutes we dropped it to 7 minute pace. From there we dropped the pace 15 seconds every 10 minutes, with the idea to cap out at 6 minute pace for the last 10 minutes. In reality we went a little faster than that for each interval and the overall run was at a 6.30 pace. Life is good right now, just need to keep working hard, and not be lazy. I don't know why that's been a temptation for me lately, but I've really just got to keep the axe to the grindstone.

| Great workout. 4x1600m repeats. I went 5.13, 5.18, 5.18, 5.19. I was really happy with the consitency of the effort, and it felt good to get some speed in. This was one of those workouts where I really did not want to do it beforehand, but as the workout progressed my mentality got better and better, and it just went really well.

| Nice run up the canyon with the farm team boys, or at least some of them. We were cruising pretty good the whole time, definitely picked it up on the way back. average pace of 6:55
