I'm just estimating the fast and slow mileage. We did and 5:5:3:2:1 fartlek workout, with the recovery being the time of the next repeat, if that makes sense. I think I did really well in the workout, for the two 5 minute repeats, the pace was at 5:30 or faster, then I was just ballin' out for the other repeats, it felt awesome. It feels so good to have some fast dudes to train with from the farm team.
