Met with the BYU farm team, and did 6x800 meter grass repeats with them. I hit between 2:27 and 2:31 on all of them, felt tough, but not too much. We had a quick recovery of 90 seconds between each repeat. I really enjoyed running with other people, I'm going to try and run with them more often, it could be a really fun opportunity, seem like a good group of guys.
