Tempo run out in Warner Valley. The boys were super antsy, just holding themselves back from sub 6 pace for the first mile of the tempo run, then I turned them loose for the last little bit and we were cruising. I was happy with how it turned out for myself and everyone else. Especially impressed with the way that Brooks has been stepping up!
