Good little workout with the xc boys today. 4 minutes at 7:15, 4 at 6:45, then 4 at 6:15. I felt really good, except the last one I felt pretty gassed on! Also, I twisted my right ankly twice on the warm up, which was really frustrating. haha, I don't think it's bad, just a little tender and I'll have to be careful on it the next few days.
