Nice birthday run with Josh Thatcher. Just did a nice loop. About an 2 hours before we went running, we finished eating at the pizza pie cafe, so lets just say that there were some nice sidecramps going on, and at the end, well... lets just say I barely made it back to the apartment. Glad that birthday surprise never came! haha
