Went with J. Buenning to the Provo track to do a workout.

3x800, 4x400, 4x200. The track was covered in snow, so obviously times weren't that fast. Totally felt like Rocky though, and I had fun on the 400s, I gave Jake a head start then tried to catch him. Good workout, first time on the track since before the marathon. Still working back, obviously not in quite the same shape as I was then, but it's coming back. My biggest worry is if I'll be able to get the speed back with enough stamina in time for the half marathon in March, while also not overdoing things and reinjuring my knee. I'm doing my best, but I've decided to err on the side of caution. I'd rather not hit the exact time I want to and still be able to run and be active, than train super hard and get injured and not even be able to compete in the race. Plus, you know, I've got the MCAT and stuff to study for haha
