Got my 8 miler in. Wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. Mind over matter i think. The weather was cloudy with about 38 degrees. We are waiting for snow and rain so i was glad to get this in before it happened. Once i start feeling comfortable with 6 training days a week I'll start timing my runs. Right now it just does not make a big difference to me.. Who knows maybe Boston for 2009.. |
