This was a treadmill run/walk at the gym. I set the incline at 2.5, and try to maintain a 7.5 speed. I did this for 4 miles and then walked for a minute. Then I finished my 5th mile right around 40 minute mark. (8 minute average). I walked and jogged the next 2.36 miles in 25 minutes.< />
This is my version of an "uneventful" 6 miler. i tis my usual run. I try and do it 4 - 6 times a week. This time, I ran with AJ (13yr son). It was his first run in quite awhile.
Did uneventful 6 miles with my 65 yr old Dad. it was mostly walking with some light jogging once in awhile. He is overcoming heart attack and trying to get to where he can walk for 2 hours straight. It took us 90 minutes.
I've been really sick with cough and aches and stuffy head and headaches. I haven't felt much like running. Today, I am doing a littel better, decided I better get back to it.
Treadmill 6 miles at 6.2 speed incline 2.0 No walking. Felt good.
