Ran to utah lake and went underneath the freeway in this sick river thing, 5.5 there and 5.5 back, ran with connor(more or less), nug, thomas, josh, and hinkdog lol it was sick to have him on a long run. 11 total @7:20 average ready to preform well tomorrow and finish the week with 60 miles #theblogcanthandleme
