Was really feeling it from yesterdays race, and so I biked for a little bit today, biking is normally awful, but Kenzie and Dallin were there today and we had a good time. Went to the meet after and ran a few miles here and there. Shout out to Collin for running an amazing mile, also nice job to Landon Parker Connor and Zack for their great 800 preformances today
