Ran a three mile warm up with landon, then came back to do pre meet with him and austin. The wind picked up and it started snowing so that was fun lol. Splits were 79, 76. Finished up to 6 on the treadmill. Excited to have a great RAC tomorrow, regardless of the weather.

You were on the lone faithfuls and I saw you got called to Minneapolis. That's sweet dude one of my amigos got called there a year ago he loves it
