IM BACK!!!! finally able to feel good during a run and it was awesome. 6:30 AP for three mile to the cemetery, did whistle hills. Finished up to 8 with a 6:55 ap and couldnt have asked for a better run today.

Beyond hyped to watch some of my best buds race on a huge stage tonight, y'all are legends and are repping Lehi well out in Cali! Grind hard fam. #gang
