Ran 5 around my house when I got back from Moab 7:30 AP, gonna move my tempo run to Saturday and do it with jags.

Went to park city with some homies and ran 1.5 around the outlets in my LBJ flip flops lol I didnt feel like shopping.

Did 1.5 more to finish the night, I hate running by myself.
