Met up with landon because he is also down in Moab, so we went to the high school here to do our speed workout. 3 mile warmup around the school and then started the workout. 2x600,500,400,300 at mile pace, splits were 1:45, 1:29, 71, 51, 1:53, 1:33, 72, 53. Decent for how my legs were feeling. We saw the track team here practicing....lol. 1 mile cool down after Ran 4 this evening after hiking all day so for the week I am a 52 miles lol. Anyways it was the scariest run of my life, I would not recommend doing a night run by yourself in a place you are unfamiliar with. Thankful there is no more high mileage this week, bc its flippin hard |
