Ran 7 this morning in a beautiful canyon along the Colorado rive, but once again, legs felt tight so pace was slow, 7:40 average.

Hiked arches all day with the fam so between hiking and running the last two days I have 35 miles

Ran 3 this evening to the high school here, felt a little better got 10 for the day
