Ran my first "hill" I will call this "the hill" so that in the future I can remember how hard it was to get where I hope I am just warming up to in the future Stopped only twice that's more because I know now I won't die running around the block like I thought yesterday Need to learn how to breath Need to learn how to stretch Need new shoes Would like to know what is expected as far as distances etc when starting. I assume I won't jump by 25% again so what should be my steps or milestones? I am sore but I am sure tomorrow I will be real sore It feels good to have my second run in. I hope I keep running! Losing the password to this blog would help me stop not planning on that but I am just saying... (:
