Running Accomplishments:

I am getting started because Mr. Wells has inspired me.  I will be back later to update more.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Really to get started!

Long-Term Running Goals:

To be competitive against my own PB and win myself over!  I also want a culture of health in my family.

Personal:

I have always taken my body for granted and I want to stop that.  I am getting too old to not think about my well being.  I am married with a wife I do not deserve and have 3 kids a set of 5 year old twins and an eight year old.   I am super fan of business sometime a little over bearing.

Total Distance
2.00

My pace was 9.4 minutes a mile, but with the days off I quit again after 2 hence a 19 minute workout

It's no longer a matter of quiting when it hurts because I have figured out it's a big mental game.  I am sure after I reach any sort of reasonable distance it will become a physical game again, but right now it's all mental including not getting out in 3-4 days!

Again I just hope I keep it up.  I was discouraged when I asked some fat kid friend in my hood if he'd like to run.  He said "sure I started running a few months ago" "I get in about 8 miles a day, but I can do better"  I thought WTF and I am not sure why!  I have little faith I will peak at any sort of respectable distance.

Good news I got out and that is awesome and it felt better than ever before... the 3 times before :)
