34 minutes on the TM, again the knee is getting better daily. I feel that the beast that was a head of me is getting smaller and smaller. Hopefully in 4 more weeks the speed workouts will be on there way!

Man another successful run! I think the only thing that is hurting now is my lungs! Man is this what it feels like to run again? and I am not even at 60 minutes daily! Hope the breathing and muscle memory comes back soon.
